Welcome to Honey Bee Designs, home of beautiful creations by me, Zoë Bignell  

I have been making jewellery for approximately 10 years having started at a silversmithing night class in 2000. I work predominantly with silver clay, sterling silver sheet and wire, semi precious stones, pearls and shells; incorporating Thai Hill tribe silver features into most of my designs.

Having spent almost 4 years living on Lundy Island, a rocky outcrop situated 10 miles off the North Devon coast, the scenery and coastal environment gave me a lot of inspiration for many of my pieces, as you will see in my gallery.  I am now based in Cheadle, Cheshire and work from my home studio

As a sideline to jewellery, I also enjoy making greetings cards and various home decorations. A range of these can be also found in my gallery and shop
